From Our Farm to Your Table
Our butchers counter is the heart of Taylors Farm Shop. We rear our own cattle - Limousin, Charolais, and Belgian Blue X - on our own cereals grown right here on the farm. Each week, we select the best of our herd for processing.
Our beef is hung for a minimum of 21 days until mature, ensuring the best flavour, tenderness and taste. It's then expertly butchered by Joe, Steve and the team.

Dry-Aged to Perfection
Our state-of-the-art dry aging cabinet allows us to offer premium dry-aged beef with unmatched depth of flavour. The controlled aging process concentrates the beef's natural flavours and tenderises the meat.
Combined with our minimum 21-day hanging process and locally reared cattle fed on our own cereals, the result is beef of exceptional quality that you simply can't find in a supermarket.

Lucy
First Female Premier Young Butcher of the Year
The first ever girl to win Premier Young Butcher of the Year. She went on to represent Team GB and reached the finals for the World Skills competition.
James
Youngest Premier Butcher of the Year
Following in Lucy's footsteps, James became the youngest person to win Premier Butcher of the Year - all trained right here at Taylors by Steve, Joe and the team.
